FOURTH-QUARTER UPDATE: Nathan Shaw's 10-yard run widened Wilmington's lead to 63-21 with 10 minutes remaining in the contest.
THIRD-QUARTER UPDATE: Kyle Slicker scores on runs of 70 and 1 yard and the Hounds are up 56-21 late in the third.
SECOND-QUARTER UPDATE: After a fumble, Wilmington widened its lead on DeMedal's fourth touchdown of the game, a 21-yard pass from Bender giving Wilmington a 42-21 lead late in the half. Bender earlier scored on a 43-yard run after Sharpsville scored twice on passes from Luke Henwood to Marquis Altman covering 62 and 26 yards to trim the gap to 28-21.
FIRST-QUARTER UPDATE: Spencer DeMedal scored on runs of 15, 15 and 7 yards and Reese Bender connected with Colton Marrett for 32 yards and Wilmington leads 28-7 over Sharpsville entering the second period. After Marrett's touchdown, Robert Besser scored on an 80-yard run for Sharpsville, tying the score at 7-7. But then DeMedal scored on three straight possessions for the Greyhounds.
